Homebush Bay. More residential approved

The Minister for Planning, Tony Kelly, has approved a concept plan for a new $129 million residential development at Wentworth Point. He said the Payce Management Ltd project will add up to 573 dwellings and deliver more than 6000 square metres of public space. “Wentworth Point is an area in transition, having seen a significant recent transformation since the Olympics from an industrial, warehousing and distribution centre to a new and vibrant neighbourhood,” he said. The Minister for Western Sydney, David Borger, said this section of Homebush Bay is earmarked for new housing, located near the Parramatta and Rhodes employment centres, sporting and cultural facilities at Sydney Olympic Park, and existing public transport.

What was initially marketed by Payce was "resort style living" at Wentworth Point is now nothing more than maximum density units. Payce continue to have DA's modified to increase numbers of units and reduce unit sizes.
Payce have lost the plot in the chase for $$$$
