Council will consider, at a meeting on May 11, a recommendation for approval for the demolition and construction of a 4-storey mixed-use development, containing a 2400-square-metre supermarket, 1360 square metres of retail space, 75 apartments and underground parking for 239 vehicles, at 29-33 Darcy Street, Westmead.
