The Cranebrook Village Shopping Centre, at Borrowdale Way, Penrith, is for sale by expressions of interest and selective tender. The centre, with a site area of approximately 17,320 square metres, contains a supermarket and 10 specialty stores. Tender documentation is available at Penrith City Council. EOIs close on May 29.
